Effect of Revocation.:In accordance with these Special Terms,in the event NBAT revokes all or part of any Purchase order due to nonpayment,NBAT assigns the right to take any action to collect the outstanding indebtedness due to Manufacturer under such Purchase Order directly from SHA,including the right to demand,collect,sue for and receive such amount ,in accordance with applicable law.Under such a revocation,NBAT irrevocably and exclusively assigns such collection rights,powers and privileges to the Manufacturer,its successors and assigns so long any part of such Purchase Order due to Manufacturer shall remain unpaid.Upon payment in full of the amount due to Manufaturer under such Purchase Order,such assignment shall become and be void and of noeffect.
