Topic:Air travel only benefits the richest people; majority people take no advantage from development of airplane.To what extent do you agree or disagree?
These days,more and more people choose to travel by planes instead of ships and other traditional vehicles.Yet,there remains some disagreement as to whether the air travel is merely restricted to the richest people.While there are certainly valid arguments to the contrary,I personally believe that ordinary people have also benefited greatly from air travel as well as wealthy people .There are two primary reasons for this.
First of all ,it is an undeniable fact that air plane has revolutionized the whole way we travel around.In early times,traveling abroad is generally impossible as the unbearably long-term journey by ship .Now,however,with the assistance of airplane,things are different.The same distance can be accessed in short time readily.In addition to this,air traffic meet the demands of individuals who have something urgently to do,no matter what kind of social economic status they stay in.My own view is that there are no differences between the poor and the rich in terms of long-distance travel and business travel since airplane seems to be their wisest option.
Equally important,it is not unrealistic for people who live in poverty to take a flight in recent years.Actually,with the generally decrease in flight price and the increasing number of discounts,which mainly caused by fierce competition among airline business,air tickets are affordable to public people.Moreover,as the development of living standard,airplane have been increasingly prevalent more than ever before.The high speed and security with impeccable service in the plane and the outstanding beauty out of window,in fact,are worthy for public people to pay some extra money to experience the occasional enjoyment and pleasure.
In conclusion,my own is that air travel is both in the interest of affluent and deprived people and it is evident that the benefits of air travel far outweigh its drawbacks(the high price).
