作为最初层的认识,首先是BEAT-BOX的解释.BEAT-BOX全称HUMAN BEATBOX.HUMAN中文是人类的意思.BEAT是敲击的意思,而BOX是盒子、箱子的意思,顾名思义BEAT-BOX就是人发出敲击盒子的声音.
最早的BEAT-BOX创始于美国黑人.因为穷,买不起鼓和乐器,但又热衷于音乐,于是研究开创了用嘴做声音出来,是VOCAL PERCUSSION的一种.其实BEAT-BOX跟中国的口技很相似,只是融入了HIPHOP元素,以架子鼓、爵士鼓的形式表现出来.更加以HIPHOP节奏,随后也加入了DJ搓碟、机械音、怪兽音等音效.
BBOX基础音有三个,KICK、HI-HAT和SNARE.KICK是架子鼓中的大鼓,HI-HAT是钹,也就是我们通常所说的点镲,SNARE是小鼓.三个音的不同组合可以组成不同的节奏,4BEAT、8BEAT、16BEAT和24BEAT.其中大鼓也分很多种,普通大鼓、哼音大鼓、电子大鼓等等.小鼓又分为喷式、吸式、挤式等等.除了基础的三音之外,还有很多特殊的声音,像搓碟、弹舌、BASS音、机械音、怪兽音等等.
BBOX注重JAM,这里的JAM并不是果酱的意思,而是即兴表演,讲究随心所欲的表演才是最高境界.其节奏没有好坏之分,BBOX同时伴唱RAP和街舞,这也就是街头文化魅力所在.
