第五条 服务费用支付
1、 甲方租用乙方车辆期间,每天向乙方支付租用费用(按实际服务天数计算),支付金额见委托委托定单（附件一）；
2、 合同期限内,甲方以转帐方式向乙方支付服务费,结算时间当月的21日至次月的20日,乙方开具运输发票.
第六条 合同期限
合同有效期从2006年7月1日起至2006年12月31日止.
第七条 违约责任
1、 乙方所提供车辆的车型、车况或服务质量不能达到甲方要求,影响交通车正常服务的,甲方有权暂停乙方车辆服务并要求乙方限期整改或更换车辆.乙方未能限期整改到位,甲方有权单方面终止本合同并不承担任何违约责任；
2、 因乙方未达到合同约定的标准,甲方有权依照《交通车服务考核细则》进行处罚；
3、 本合同履行期限内,如因不可抗力因素致使合同无法履行时,甲、乙双方均不承担违约责任,并按有关法律、法规、政策及时协商解决；
4、 当乙方服务过程中发生意外事故时,乙方对未能按照合同约定投保所导致的损失扩大部分承担相应的赔偿责任.
第八条 其他
1、 经甲、乙双方协商一致,可对本合同条款进行修订、撤销和补充,并以书面形式签订补充协议.本合同附件和补充协议与本合同具有同等法律效力；
2、 本合同经甲乙双方签字盖章后生效,合同一式玖二份,甲乙双方各持一份；
3、 合同未尽事宜,双方友好协商解决.
