in an increasingly globalizing world, we are being now hugely impacted by the invasion of foreign culture as well as capital. many businesses in China are now facing tremendous pressure and cut-throat competiton resulting from china's opening of the market and its increasing involvement in the globalization. however, as far as i am concerned, China's participation will in the long term benefit china's numerous enterprises and businesses.
firstly, the arriving of foreign capitals have brought many investments into china, which is a great opportunity for the medium-and-small enterprises in China to enlarge their operational scale as well as reach out to the international market. their names could be known by more and more overseas investors, which could bring them more publicity and more market shares overseas.
secondly, the corporate culture that the many foreign enterprises have brought with them in china will inevitably attract a large number of hi-end talents in china, which could pose a risk for a large drain-away of talents in local chinese firms and businesses. however, in the long run, the competition existing in the market would force china's local businesses to improve their management skills, their product qualities, as well as reorganize their corporate structures so that they could have a lager possibility of standing out in the market.
all in all, globalizaion has brought many impacts and negatives to china's businesses, but in the long run ,china's local businesses will experience tremendous improvements in their managements and product qualities, and it is them who will benefit the most.
