这题是选B.请问这题的谓语为什么可以看成是单数呢？还有这题为什么不能选A。
我还有一点不明白，语法书上的主谓一致上写道，如果谓语被看做一个整体，动词用单数，如果强调一个个的个体，动词就用复数，可我不明白怎样叫看做的整体和个体，我总是认为整体也是由个体组成的，所以我就区分不清楚整体和个体区分的界限。例如下面的这些谓语我就区分不清楚：

这题选B
像这题我就不明白为什么surroundings of his house 要作为复数。

这题选A.我不明白为什么这里的the rich 要作为复数看。我当时选的是B,前面不能加上have是不是因为这里如果加上have表示的就是完成的时态，而这里要表示的是一般的状态

这题选的是A,我看到书上的解释是 如果表示的是单数意义，谓语动词用单数，如果是复数意义，谓语动词用复数。
那这题的理解是不是Wisky and soda 指的是一种饮料，所以谓语动词用的是单数。但如果Wisky and soda 指的是威士忌和苏打水两种饮料不行吗？

一、关于主谓一致
