Healthy eating habits are important. Here are some of the best eating habits. Follow them and you will have a healthy life style.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, then you can have clearer skin, better sleep, and better eyesight(视力). If not, you’re in danger of losing water. You may need even more water if you are exercising.
Breakfast is the most important meal of a day. You will have more energy after eating breakfast. If you do not eat breakfast, you may easily become tired. It is not good for your health.
Eat lunch every day. If you don’t have time to go out to have a big meal, or if you are too busy with your work, take a sandwich in the morning with you for a quick lunch.
We should eat fruit and vegetables every day. Add an apple to your breakfast, have a salad with lunch, and eat at least one vegetable for dinner.
Try to have dinner at least 3 hours earlier before you go to bed. Your body needs time to digest
