it is our plrasure to have you in the fall term at the korea language institute,the institute of language and Education,YONSEI University.
please be prepaeed to take placement test on Sep.22.2008 at 930 a.m.at the kli auditorium (#121.lst floor),if you are unable to take a test on the day ,you should contact us beforehand ,Qrientation will be held at the same auditorium on sep.24,2008 at 3:00p.1:00p.m and attend an introduction to Hangul ,the Korean alphabet,at the 1st floor from at noon(12;00).please check the notice at the broard of the 2nd floor lobby.
For your C-3 visa or student visa D-4,the necessary documents are following:
1.Admission Letter(enclosed)
2.Passport
3.Photos
4.Financial Statement (to prove your financial independence)
You can apply for a C-3 visa(90 days) instead of student visa at the nearest Korean consulate office.the visa issuance will take around 3 week upon your application.
please ask the visa office to proceed with your application as soon as possible.You can change your visa and extend it with a nortarized letter or financial statement in Korea .

请于2008年9月22日早上9点半参加在KLI礼堂（1楼121室）举行的分班考试.如果您无法在当天参加考试,请事先与我们联系,补考将在2008年9月24日下午1点至3点在同一场地举行,同时您还要参加在中午12点于1楼召开的韩语字母表Hangul介绍会.请在2楼大厅的公告牌上核对通知.
以下是对您的C-3语言学习签证和学生D-4语言签证的一些必要文件.
1.入学通知信（附上）
2.护照
3.照片
4.财务状况（以证明您经济上的独立性）
您可以向距离最近的韩国领事馆申请C-3语言学习签证（90天）,以代替学生D-4语言签证；签证将于您申请之日2-3周内颁发.
请尽快向签证办公室继续您的签证申请.您可以更换你的签证,且可通过公证信或在韩的经济状况延长签证时间.
