第二题中,what= a person who, 故who表意不清楚.

第三题中,which引导的是非限制性定语从句,故不选that. 先行词表职位,并非人,故不选who. a lawyer后不可能是同位语从句的,因为只有抽象名词才会跟同位语从句．
