举个例子,The train is supposed to have arrived an hour ago跟The train was supposed to arriave an hour ago.这两个句子都是一个意思吗,

这两个句子(Is supposed to have done/Was suppose to do) 有区别.
但你举的列子,是正确的.－－ TRAIN这个列子,是一个意思.
Is supposed to have done:是应该有去做完了.
was supposed to do:是（过去式）应该做了.
have done；表达的是‘做完了’已经.it is already COMPLETE,因为是done.
to do；表达的是做了（不一定完成）了.
－－当然；常常,"do"也是等于要你“做完”的意思.只是这个词,在这样子的情况下,有空可以让人钻.
列如：
Mom:Are you DONE with your homework?你做完功课没?
Me:No,but I'm almost finished with it.没,但快了.
Mom:Did you DO your homework?你做了功课没?
Me:I did it,I just didn't finish it.做了,就没做完而已.
