Distributor shall not use the Tradenames or Trademarks or any derivation thereof except in each instance identifying the same as belonging to AudioCodes.Use of AudioCodes' tradenames and Trademarks shall be subject to AudioCodes' guidelines as provided to Distributor from time to time.
