The past few decades have witnessed the significant development of globalization.Yet,there remains some disagreement as to whether this trend is responsible for the crisis of national identities.While there are certainly valid arguments to the contrary,I personally believe that the benefits of cultural and economic globalization far outweigh its drawbacks.These are two primary reasons for this .
Obviously,frequent business cooperation across the world,in fact,has brought economic prosperity to every countries.Specifically,more markets are exploited and enterprises are able to earn foreign currency directly.In addition,since the increasingly fierce competition amid different nations,companies who attempt to attract customs,have to produce commodities with both high-quality and low price.In other words,it is of great benefits to the public.Moreover,as a individuals,there are more alternatives for them in terms of education and employment.
Equallt important,cultural globalization boost globally cultural communication .As more and more contact and interaction,it seems to be less and less misunderstanding and conflicts amid this all-encompassing world.This global trend do have the potential to foster greater understanding and tolerance between individuals and countries.Actually,I would be hard-pressed to imagine the world without these positive communication.
However,I have to admit the risk of cultural assimilation indeed exists.In early times,all most everyone in China like Beijing Opera.Now,however,people know Hollywood films,rock music and Japanese animation more than this invaluable art.Nevertheless,many people may have recognized that the globalization is an inescapable trend of history with its incredible contributions to human race.Further,if we take advantages of it,this powerful trend can contribute to understanding and tolerance,thereby boost the cultural diversity instead of lose identity of each nation.
In conclusion,I firmly believe that the overall effect of the increasing business and cultural contact has been positive as it is benifical to cultural interaction and economic development.
