这道题目确实有点难.这里的hand,其实因为是old man的手,而不是小女孩的手.也就是他用那只手,拉起小女孩,如果你用the的话,那么,old man 有两只手,你题目里面没有表示是那只手啊,the是表示特指的,你又不知道是左手还是右手,所以不能选C.而A也不行,最多只能是his,B其实也是可以的,但是,其实你可以不用想这么多的,这种冠词填空,老实说有些空格,连我们大学的老师也是搞不零清的（我是英语专业的）,所以,你可以不用特别去想,正规考试（如高考）的时候,这种有争议性的是不会考的.
