你可以仔细看下语法书,英语中,一个句子可以合理出现无数的动词（只要是符合规定的）,但是只能出现一个”谓语动词“.所谓”谓语动词“是说可以通便变化成三单,过去时等等不同样的,可以体现出主谓一致和时态的动词.而你现在再看你的句子,都号前有WRITTEN,ARE和GROWING三个动词,可是谓语动词只有ARE,因为这个句子中,只有ARE可以变成单数或者过去时,而WRITTEN是过去分词,无法体现时态,因为过去分词无法单独出现,必须要配合助动词BE或者HAVE.可是我们发现句子中的WRITTEN的确在没有任何助动词的前提下出现了,这种动词在语法上叫”非谓语动词“,语法功能等同于形容词,因为是过去分词,所以有”被动“的意思,因此翻译成”被（书）写的书”.
