摘要：随着社会经济的快速发展,现代市场经济条件下的企业组织形式不断创新,企业集团必然成为一种比较理想的企业组织形式,它既实现了产业结构调整又能获得规模经济效益,从而为企业追逐价值最大化奠定了组织形式上的基础.同时,市场经济更是一种法制经济,税收的无偿性决定了税款的支出是企业资金的净流出.因此,如何通过有效的税务筹划减少企业资金的净流出成了企业追求利润最大化的当务之急.本文试就税务筹划在浙江企业集团的应用问题作些探讨.

Abstract:with the rapid development of social economy,modern market economy condition of business organization innovation,enterprise group is bound to become a relatively ideal form of business organization,it is realized the adjustment of industrial structure and can obtain scale economic benefit,thus for enterprise chasing value maximization laid the organizational form of the foundation.Meanwhile,the market economy is a kind of legal economy,tax free sex determines the tax expenditure is enterprise capital net outflows.Therefore,how to through effective tax planning reduce enterprise fund net outflows became enterprises maximize profit of the moment.This paper attempts to tax planning in zhejiang enterprise group of applied problems of make some discussion.
