A Wonderful Day

It was a beautiful day.I stayed at home and looked up at the blue sky,wishing that I could go out with my family to enjoy such a wonderful day.
Mum was at home.She looked out of the window.“How nice it is!” she said.“Yes,it’s a beautiful day.Let’s take Franklin to Sunrise Park.He has been dreaming about going there for a long time,” said Dad.“Great,he will be excited!” said Mom.“Hooray!” I shouted.I was so happy that my dream came true.
So we started our trip to Sunrise Park.Wow!There was a big lake in the park,and there were so many boats on the lake.At last we chose a steering-wheel boat.“You’ll be the captain!” Dad said.“Really?” I asked.“Sure!” Dad answered.Oh!I was so excited that I had the chance to drive a boat all by myself.
Dad and Mom were sitting at the backseat.“Please be seated and fasten you seatbelt!” I ordered,as if I was a real bus driver.But unfortunately,my driving skill was not so good,so the boat kept swaying from side to side like a drunkard.
There were also many wild ducks and geese on the lake.Whenever our boat approached them,they said “Crack-crack” to me; I think maybe they were just laughing at me.
I had an unforgettable,wonderful day.
