为何第一句填的是having been separated 第二句用的是is has been separated?

1. 句中有个and,说明其前后为并列句,即we will complete the task you assigned to us是一个句子,而横线部分也是一个句子.
如果用given an hour,则表明它是一个句子的状语（过去分词短语做条件状语）而已,而不是一个单独的句子.
Another hour这种名词短语在口语中可以视为一个祈使句,等于Give us another hour.
再如：More efforts, and you will succeed.
= If you make more efforts, you will succeed.
2. 同理,后面两个句子中:
1）第一句逗号后面Australia is home to...是一个单独的句子,前面并没有类似于and/so这样的连词,所以前面只能做一个状语,所以用动词separate的非谓语结构having been sparated,表示句子主语Australia和动词separate之间为被动关系,且separate该动作发生在谓语动词be home to...之前.
