1.for all的意思是尽管、虽然,而且字典上的例句上说它后面跟的是名词,那它和in spite of及despite有区别吗?

表示"虽然/尽管"这个意思的时候没有什么区别,只不过in spite of 稍稍显的更正式一点.
请看牛津高阶给for all 的第一项释义就是用的是in spite of.

2 used to say that sth is not important or of no interest or value to you/sb:用来表明某事毫无重要性,没趣或者是没有价值.

而第二个意思则是in spite of 没有的.

如果选A,主语部分就是Known to be the oldes map,过去分词不能作主语.
B不成立的原因和A差不多.,Known as the oldest map同样不能作主语
C:It was the oldest known map已经是一个完整的句子了,后面的dated back to about 3,000 B.C.不能作后置定语.不过如果加上一个that 或which就可以了,及It was the oldest known map dated back to about 3,000 B.C..
D:known是形容词.

这题目答案是C,为什么A不可以?我觉得as有作为的意思!
语法上说得过去,但是意义上存在问题.
在这for的意思你清楚,:“对….而言”.原话的含义是“对一个15岁的男孩来说他算高得了”,如果他20岁还是那么高的话那就不算高了.
