Declaration [for job applicants]:
Job applicants are required to declare outside directorship (non-HSBC Group).Complete Section 1 for details of directorship.Write “NIL” in Section 1 B (Name of company) & C (Type of Directorship) for nil declaration.Then sign the form on page 2.
Application Procedures [for existing employees]:
1.Applicant to duly complete Section 1 of the form.
2.Pass the application form,together with the documents listed under Section 1 – D to the Functional Head for endorsement.
3.Functional Head to pass the endorsed application to the Chief Executive for approval (refer to Code of Conduct Rule 7 for details).
4.Return the original signed copy of the form to the Human Resources Department for updating staff records
