Kobe took the high road in responding to the hit from Wade.Instead of waiting for Wade to go up and then delivering a retaliatory foul,Kobe simply showed that he’s the better player,by playing hard-nosed defense on Wade during the Heat’s final possession of the quarter.Kobe picks him up full court,plays perfect defense,and forces Wade into a travel.
With the Heat in such a dismal place,we won’t get to see these two go at it more than twice a year anytime soon.But pay attention when they do,because this is about the hardest you will see two individual superstars compete,at least during the regular season.
