主体性班级管理模式探究
摘要:在现代日趋开放的教育大环境下,在人们的主体意识、民主意识越来越强的今天,我们也越来越认识到主体人对于社会及其自身发展的重要性。而学生主体性地位的缺失是我国教育制度的传统缺陷,尤其是在班级管理中,存在大量的专制性班级管理模式,遏制了学生主体性的发展。因此确立一种能够体现学生“主体性”,促进学生全面发展的科学的、行之有效的班级管理模式体系对于现阶段的班级管理工作具有非常重要的意义。综观众多学者的研究成果,现代班级管理的研究已经由学生主体性地位重要性的研究转向了如何保障学生主体性地位的研究。
本文从如何保障学生的主体性地位出发,提出了建立一种主体性班级管理模式的设想。首先,对建立主体性班级管理模式进行了理论层面的研究,以主体性教育观和管理理论为其理论基础;其次,就主体性班级管理的具体内容如管理目标、组织建设、文化建设、教学管理、评估机制等进行了详细阐述;最后,概括出了主体性班级管理的四个环节的管理过程和所需的发挥班主任的作用、合理分配班级事务等的内部条件和加强理论学习、争取家庭学校社会的支持以及完善监督机制等的外部条件。
