关于电路形式的选择,笔者以为,厂家推荐的电路以电压反馈型居多,且给出的指标也是在此基础上测试出来的,既然推荐,该电路应该能比较好地发挥集成块的性能,实际上也是如此.电流反馈与直流伺服是对集成功放应用的有益尝试,但结果不应作过分夸大.笔者用LM1875分别制作过两种反馈形式的功放,主观听感并无多少差别.直流化是必要的,对于低失调电压的品种(如LM1875),可以直接取消反向输入端对地电容实现直流化.直流伺服电路使线路复杂化,笔者认为没有必要采用.
直流电压不宜取得过高,否则不仅集成块发热严重,而且音质劣化,还可能引发过压保护电路的误动作.应优先使用厂家推荐电压,若没有,可用极限电压×85%得到直流电压,再以直流电压除以1.25得交流电压.
功放无需使用稳压电源,但电源的功率容量一定要足够.变压器的功率可取总输出功率的两倍,并作好屏蔽.整流管要选低内阻的,且在每个管子两端并上一只小电容.滤波电容容量要适可而止,不要盲目求大,可按每10W2200μF计算.若资金充裕,用在变压器上效果更明显.
