If you do not want to keep the item(s) in question from your order,we will be happy to offer you an In-Store Credit to your account minus the cost of the domain that was included with your order,as this was a free domain only with the Web Hosting plan.An In-Store Credit is an account credit that can be used for any future orders by selecting In-Store Credit in the shopping cart.However,we will need you to first cancel the item(s) in question within 45 days of the purchase date.
Once canceled,please reply to this email with your confirmation to process the In-Store Credit for the canceled item(s).
Note:Canceling certain services will also cancel any free services associated with them.
To cancel any item in your account,please use the following instructions:
You can cancel products that you no longer want to use.
When you cancel a product,we stop the billing cycle,delete it from our servers,and it is no longer available to you.We also cancel any free products associated with it.
To Cancel Products
Log in to your Account Manager.
Go to the Payments tab.
Click Product Billing.
Use the check boxes to select the products you want to cancel,and then click Cancel Item.
In the Cancel Selected Items window,do one of the following:
Click Confirm — The product is canceled and removed from your account immediately.
Click Cancel — The cancellation is terminated and the product remains in your account.

会退款,具体是：如果你确实不想要主机了,先把主机cancel掉,然后回邮件申请退款,退款有两种方式：一是退到账号里,以instore credit的形式存在,可以以后用来购买godaddy产品,一是退到你的购买时支付卡或账号里,比如信用卡购买的就退到信用卡里,2到7天到账.退款是域名的钱会被扣除.在申请退款时说明是退为in-store credit还是退到你的支付时用的卡里.
