昨天我去找steam申诉,得到这样的答复,可上面全是英文,我看不懂,麻烦那个懂steam的朋友帮我看下,

The payment processor confirmed that even though they did report the transaction as failed to us,they did receive funds from you and will send the payment to us for this purchase.
