答：这三个题目中,第二题答案为C无异议：（外交）事务
第三题好象有争议,我们在翻译时,多会用到C这个词：整齐,但它还包括了good的意思.而order一词在本句中确实是表示“次序”,good order才是“整齐”的意思.
第一题是一道失败的题目,A为不及物不可能,能排除,C.也不好,因为这里与考试无关,BD都能说通,但都不是最佳.可以说,这句话中单独将这个动词抽出来,设定几个汉语词组来替换,是很难的,因为没有一个汉语词能够替换这个failed:
试译：我想感谢他对我的帮助,但是言语________ .B.使我失败 C.使我不及格 D.使我无助
感觉D稍好一点吧.但BD都不好.
意译：我想感谢他对我的帮助,但是语言无法表达我的感激之情.
