another对与所叙述的事物的种类不加以限制,一般由于不确定也不必涉及,所以用another,但是another一般意义上说,叙述对象会大于两个
比如：There is another guy responsible?还牵涉了另一个人?
这里牵涉的人总数不可能预先知道,问话的人发问就是对此进行询问,使用的时候就不可以用the other.如果问句变成这样：Where is the other guy reponsible?意思就是：某事牵涉了两个人,问另外一个人的行踪.
