OTHER TERMS
12.1.In case of the Parties change their addresses and requisites,so the Parties must inform the each other about new addresses and requisites within 5 days.If the Party send the letter to old addresses and requisites of other Party so the letter is considered to be accepted after 3 days from the date of sending by courier mail and 15 days from the date of sending by registered letter.
12.2.Any additional amendments of the Contract are valid after agreement that is singed by authorized person from both Parties mutually.
12.3.The Beginning of rendered Services is the date of receiving payment for the cost of Services from the Customer to the Performer’s account bank.The cost of Services is 69000 (sixty nine thousand) US dollars.
12.4.The Contact is composed in Russian language and in English language.
12.5.Any additional amendments of the Contract to be signed by authorized person from both Parties and to be send by fax,e-mail and mail delivery for reaching further agreement between Parties mutually.
