inform和notice区别
可以区分就够了.

简单的说,inform就是告知的意思,我经常写邮件会用：
I will inform u later once the sample is available.
样品有了我再通知你.
notice,多表示注意到,
You are wearing a new dress today, I haven't noticed it this morning.
你穿了新裙子阿,我今天早上居然没注意到.
