一、投标书
1．根据已收到的 XX 工程的招标文件,遵照《工程建设施工招标投标管理办法》的规定,我单位经研究上述工程招标文件的投标须知、技术规范、工程量清单和其他有关文件后,我方愿以人民币（大写） 元的总价,按工程量清单的条件承包上述工程的施工、竣工和保修.
2．一旦我方中标,我方保证在业主指令的时间内完成竣工并移交整个工程.
3．对于工程报价书部分工作的说明
3-1. 电气安装工程中,动力配电柜因业主没有提供电气系统图,故无法估算单价,本报价只考虑了安装费用.
3-2．设备安装工程中,水箱安装没考虑主材价格,本报价只考虑了安装费用.
3-3.管道安装工程中,管零件没有清单,故本报价只考虑了管道安装价格,管件安装没有进入计价,届时按实产生费用.
3-4.土建工程中,门窗清理,脚手架搭拆,墙的开洞与修复,因清单中无工程量,故没有进入计价,届时按实产生费用.

3-1.电气安装工程中,动力配电柜因业主没有提供电气系统图,故无法估算单价,本报价只考虑了安装费用.
The driving force power distribution chest does not provide electricity system picture because of the proprietor ,the reason has no way to estimate unit price in electric mounting project,this quoted price has considered installation cost only.
