Sleep
For what reasonsafety signs? I dreamt a lot these days…..it’s not day dreaming as what you would think, but real dreams during nights. i knew it was a long journey to different places and different times of my life stagesbarcode labels, but all became obscure or even forgotten when I woke up. Most of them nightmares which makes me dazed during day time. However, I slept well last night and feel good todaymagnetic pump. All of us know the importance of enough sleep, yet too many timesleather handbag, too many people neglect it or sleep long times without quality.

What intrigues me most is my eyelashes would be mussy and scrambled, not arranged in their usual way. Of coursefitness equipment, there’s more to come besides my eyes.: complexin would be darker and skin would droop, nails turn out to be full of bumps and hollows amusement equipmentafter many days of torment.
The above points are all physiology relatedforged steel valves, but what I really want to complain about is psychological side. In a nut shell , it’s “become an idiot after having a hard time during the previous night”Wood bench, puzzleheaded, unresponsive and retarded. It’s too too bad when it happens during work days which expected to be energetic and productive. How can one be highly efficient when he is suffered from severe headacheTensile structures, sometimes even blunt to others’ calling your name. Stupid mistakes occur frequently during such bad days. Such as take wrong seat, type in wrong numbers, call wrong names, even can’t tell morning from afternoon and worst of all, to be exaggeratedanimal sculpture, I may stuff my nostril with rice during meal time.
