摘 要
随着计算机和电子通讯技术的飞速发展，网络也日益普及化，网路的应用也越来越广泛，国内外不少的大中小企业都不约而同的意识到利用网络传递信息可以在一定程度上提高办事效率，从而提高企业的竞争力。在互联网创造的新的竞争环境下，企业实施电子商务掀起了新的热潮，成为企业赢得竞争优势的焦点。为此，本文对分析大中小企业实施电子商务进行了几个层次的研究的。首先本文明确了企业实施电子商务的目的和步骤，比较分析了大型企业与中小企业实施电子商务的现状，以及我国企业实施电子商务与传统经营方式的区别；其次指出我国大中小企业电子商务实施存在的问题；再次比较分析了我国大企业与中小企业实施电子商务的异同；最后本文根据大中小企业的不同特点，提出不同的电子商务实施策略。

Finally,the paper put forward different e-commerce strategies according to the different characteristics of enterprises.
