I am asked by a newspaper to do a survey about the usage of the computer internet among the middle-school students.In the survey,we can find that over 50 percent of the students are playing video games on the internet;more than 20 percent are chatting online;about 5 percent are sending messages with the internet;10 percent are reading news on the internet;only 9 percent are looking up some materials in the internet.More and more students become interested in the internet.They regard the internet as a good place to escape from the reality.Most of them think that they can find more freedom and self-confidence in the internet.Therefore,they would like to play computer whenever they have time.But,we have to say that too much time on the internet will infulence their study and ,perhaps will do great harm to their health.This problem is worth thinking about.
