还有一个问题:新概念二册32课第一句话:People are not so honest as they once were.我记得副词要用在实义动词的前面,非实义动词的后面,按这个规定,once应放在were的后面,为什么要说they once weere呢?另外如果than的后面只加once不行吗?就是这样:People are not so honest as once?
