可以说as he,
也可以说as him,但是在比较正式的考试中不推荐使用（这个貌似口语也有不少老外说）.
楼上的高级魔法师说的不全面.从张道真的《现代英语用法词典》第208页上关于as这种用法有主格和宾格两种用法,都是正确的.但某些时候必须用主格避免含混.
