从理论上来说,increase既可以是及物动词,也可以是不及物动词,因此,longevity would be increased和 longevity would increase 我觉得好像都是对的啊
但是我在网上查了一下,几乎所有的用法,都是用被动的,很少用主动,也许是为了强调寿命增加是人为因素吧?
