随着对清洁汽油需求量的日益增加,对汽油的质量的要求日益严格,对汽油的组成要进一步优化.作为生产高辛烷值汽油的催化重整技术日益受到关注.催化重整不仅是生产优质发动机燃料的重要手段,而且是重要的化工原料——芳烃的重要来源,也是炼厂氢气的重要来源.所以催化重整技术在炼油和化工生产中占有十分重要的地位.
对催化重整反应系统中的反应器进行了优化选择,然后对重整进料进行了必要的计算.通过计算得到该原料的芳烃潜含量为42.46%,总芳烃产率为50.75%,理论温降为182.7.C.并将所要设计的四个反应器中第一、第四反应器设计成了在相同处理量的情况下压降很小的径向反应器,最后进行了反应器的压降核算得出优化方案.由于重整反应总体上是吸热反应,反应器温降较大,故对重整反应系统中的加热设备——重整加热炉也进行了工艺设计.
