Should the Buyer be unable to accept delivery of the cargo for any reason the Seller may discharge the cargo into customs custody.All warehousing expenses,customs dues/charges,cargo handling and transportation costs an all other related cost reasonably incurred shall be for the account of the Buyer.Any such costs paid by the Seller in the first instance shall be reimbursed by the Buyer in full within 10 working days of the Buyer being provided with the evidence of the Seller’s payment of such costs.Except as otherwise provided in this Sales Agreement the carriage of cargo shall be subject to the terms of Part II of the Revised GENCON Charter,with the logical amendments.The said GENCON Charter shall be subject to the terms of the Hague-Visby rules which shall be paramount.
