3.B2C E-commerce trust studied by foreign
scholars
Foreign scholars have studied on trust for a long time and
they considered it as the main social capital that deciding the
increase of state economy but for substance capital and human
capital.Trust plays significant role in economy developing and
society progressing.Theories of E-commerce trust have grown
up.Some scholars researched on B2C E-commerce trust
emphasized trust from technology and some from the opposite
side.The former studied safety authentication,privacy and
function of the web induced by technology.The latter mainly
think there were other factors that affecting online trust such as
ethics,policy,enterprise reputation and risk but for technology.
Sonja Grabner-Kranter defined trust perfectly.They concluded
that consumers’ understanding of online trust was promiscuous
and even incompatible.So they tried to find out factors
affecting online trust and established a trust analysis frame.
Besides,foreign scholars stressed the importance of trust in
E-commerce.Their way of research was:to use knowledge of
psychics,sociology,economics,management and computer
science,consist of Transaction Cost Theory,system theory,
resource dependence theory,signal theory and game theory to
design a eclectic study frame and test the inside Hypothetical
Relations.They focused mainly on trust belief and trust purpose
two trust structures and ignored trust behavior.The reason is
there are many interrogatives on weather trust behavior belongs
to trust structure.
To sum up,researches made by foreign scholars are more
perfect than domestic ones.However,they were limited to some
individual points and not formed multilayer and multi-
