为什么选A呢?我觉得B 意思上也说得通啊.
另外,当直接引语变成间接引语的时候,为什么从句中的what was the matter 不用把was放到后面呢（what the matter was）?是不是有某些类型的句子是这样的?比如what's wrong

首先说这个句子用make sure 是不准确的,应该用be sure
make sure 是 do something to ensure,即确保
Make sure you lock the door before you leave the room.
而 be sure 是 assure oneself 即确定.
确定和确保的区别,应该不难理解.
所以你的句子应该是
Are you sure that he will come .
如果你要说“你能确保他来吗”,应该说
Can you guarantee that he will come here today?
你可以说 i am not sure when he will come
但不能说 i am sure when he will come.否定句地道,肯定句不地道.
因此 你可以说 aren't you sure when he will come
而不能说 are you sure when he will come
what was the matter 是个特殊情况 the matter 相当于 wrong .
I don't know what was wrong.而不是 I don't know what wrong was.因此
