在英国网站买东西出现问题,现需要回复一个英文邮件.
现在经过查询我的物品状态处于“找不到收货人”状态.
对方给我的邮件是：Thanks for getting in touch.
Unfortunately your order number XXX has been held with our carrier at their local depot as they were unable to locate your property.
Just to confirm that the full delivery address we have is:
xxxx
To assist the carrier further,any further information you can provide to ensure your parcel is delivered such as company name,building name,floor,access codes etc,will be passed on to our carrier.
Also,I can confirm that your tracking number is:xxx
I look forward to hearing from you and if I can assist with anything else please contact me again.

事实上我的邮寄地址是正确的,现在请问我该怎么回复捏,帮忙写一个规范的范本吧
具体我想告诉她我检查过了我留的地址信息是正确的.应该是快递出的问题,因为我平时邮寄都是可以寄到这个地址的.现在已经超过预定收货时间好多天了,我等不了了,然后希望他们可以给我退款~

After double check, the delivery address which I gave you is correct. Pls also kindly help double check in your system. BTW, I ues the address when I do on-line shopping before and I received my goods successful. In this case,the problem may caused by the express company.
Now I want to refound because I already waited for a long time. Your promise delivery date is XXXX. But now it is XXX days late.
