A cross- country train fails to let passenger off at her destination.She is let off at the next city and the train company advises her to stay in a certain hotel overnight.The train company promises to pick her up next day on the train heading back to her destination city.That night there was a fire in the hotel where she was staying and she was severely injured.The passenger sues the train company to recover for her injuries.
