为了加强进一步合作,经甲乙双方友好协商,签订如下协议：
一、 乙方（借方）向甲方（借出方）借用如下产品作为展示之用：
产品借出日期：2010年1月22日,为保证展示产品的性能及可售性,预计归还日期2010年7月22日.

二、 在产品借用期间或签订相应销售合同前,借用产品及附件的所有权仍然归属甲方.未经甲方书面认可,乙方不得将所借产品及附件销售或转借给第三方.
三、 借用到期时,如乙方需继续展示,甲方会为乙方更换一台最新的产品用于展示,并签订新的借用协议.
四、 如借用期间,乙方需要订购借用产品,甲乙双方将另外签订有关产品的销售合同.
五、 借用期间,乙方负责所借产品及附件的安全性,并保证产品的性能及外形不影响销售.不可抗力除外.
六、 本协议一式两份,由甲乙双方各执一份.本协议自签字盖章之日起生效（本协议传真件有效）.

5,borrowing period,Party B is responsible for the products and accessories through security,and to ensure product performance and appearance does not affect sales.Except for force majeure.
6,this Agreement in duplicate,by the A and B both sides armed with one.This Agreement signed and sealed by the date of entry into force (this Agreement,facsimile is valid).
