学校要举办一个 workshop on communicative competence,focus on daily communication,并且邀请了教小学的英语老师参加,请你设计 topics and corresponding content for the 5-day workshop.remember to explain your design with concepts or theories.谁帮我设计一个啊,回答之后还会加很多分哦

general comments：the key aspects that affect communicative competence in daily communication
1 speaking languages
languages itself, which language you use, what kind of words or sentences you use,the length of the sentence, the speed of the words, intotation with dialect or not? the voice sounds big or not, etc.等等,只要你想到的能够影响人与人之间交流效果的都算,这些都能影响人的交际或者起到好的效果,或者不好,只要在这些方面做的好交际能力自然不错,否则自然就不好,甚至存在障碍,比如谈判,是不是要用正式点的语言呢?双反对语言的接受度,对语言的理解,随便发挥吧.

2)personal character and emotion
不细说了,太多了,可以百度下,不同文化差异下身势语多的很,有相同的,也有大相径庭的,搞不好就会出笑话,自然交际能力就受影响拉!
每个人在交流时都可能带上自我的感情色彩的,或多或少会影响交流.
比如谈判,应该怎么表现呢?
这个跟我大学时毕业论文有点联系,仅供参考.
