I think that we have already reached an agreement on the mode of payment. After the second payment on 3.2, you have to make sure that all the proprietary technology including all the core parts will be taught during training. The date of coming to China will be in 15 days when the second payment is received. I accept your amend for 3.3 and the pay date will be on the 6th month. However, what I cannot agree with is what says in 5.5 that it's impossible for any reason for refund, which is obviously unfair. My amend on 5.3 and 5.4 is the Chinese official items for transfer of paten. Only when you assure that proprietary technology won't cause any tort to third party, which should be mentioned in contract, can I pursuit without worry. Please reply after considering carefully.
