I've seen you.
students have started gossiping,they say that this boy and I have fallen in love,this has made me angry.（这句话里面加不加have,意思上有什么区别?）

这里我不知道你问的是哪里加不加have
因为你这句话里有三个have
加have一般是表示完成时态,意思是已经做某事.如这里面的第二个分句,他们说我和这个男生谈恋爱了,加lhave表示已经恋爱了（有“已经恋爱一段时间”的意思）,如果不加lhave就表示,陷入恋爱了,时间可能就没有那么长了.
另外,你这个句子我觉得有语病.有两个have 加得莫名其妙
建议这样改：
students started gossiping ,they say that this boy and I have fallen in love ,this made me angry!
去掉第一个和第三个have,句子更通顺!
