From the samples taken from each lot aforesaid, assays for Lead and Silver shall be determined independently by Buyer and Seller. Assays for Lead shall be expressed as a percentage of the net dry weight to the nearest of 1/100 of one percent, silver content to the nearest of 1 gram per dry metric ton.
The assays of Lead and Silver shall be exchanged on lot by lot basis. Assay certificate for exchange shall be issued by an independent international surveyor or CIQ/CCIC. The assays shall then be exchanged between Buyer and Seller in the normal commercial manner on a date to be agreed in advance, but in any event within 60 calendar days after last receipt of the samples. Seller and Buyer undertake to agree on a date for the exchange of assays as soon as possible.
