摘 要
随着中国加入WTO,经济迅速发展,改革开放不断深入,公民的监督参与意识不断加强,原有政府所扮演的角色已经不能适应社会政治经济发展的客观要求.所以在现阶段,我国必须实现政府转型,构建公共服务型政府.公共服务型政府具有法治性、高效性、有限性、责任性和科学性等特征.它的确立是历史的选择,是全球经济竞争的客观需要,是社会主义市场经济发展的内在要求,是政府自身完善的现实需求,也是人民的迫切愿望.
因此,我们必须转变观念,树立“以人为本”的新发展观,完善社会主义制度,加强队伍建设者,在真正意义上确立适应社会政治经济发展的公共服务型政府,从而推动我国进一步的发展.随着中国加入WTO,经济迅速发展,改革开放不断深入,公民的监督参与意识不断加强,原有政府所扮演的角色已经不能适应社会政治经济发展的客观要求.所以在现阶段,我国必须实现政府转型,构建公共服务型政府.
