I think there's no comparison between the two cars,one __clearly far better than the other.
A,being B,was C,having been D,be 答案上写什么考察独立主格,我百度了独立主格,看的灰常迷惑啊.为什么要选A.本人初学英语,头脑有限,望各位不要讲解的太高深.

很简单,你看前半句已经具有主谓宾了,是个完整句子.后半句又不是引导出来的从句,所以肯定不能再用谓语动词了.主句时态是现在时,所以用BEING.
再问：按照这个说法，If the building project__by the end of this month is delayed,the construction company will be fined. A，being completed B,to be completed C,completed..我选了A，可是答案是B，好困惑啊。。。。
再答：上到题，我那么说是因为可以用排除法，最后剩下了BEING.不过还是要看具体情况，这道题从句里已经有了主谓宾，需要填写部分是修饰project. A 表示正在完成中；B.表示将要完成。结合从句意思，如果这项目能在月底前完成。。。表示将来。
