解题思路: 巧做完形填空和阅读
解题过程:
完形填空题重在考查学生对语言知识的综合运用,大多数考题单从语法和词语搭配上难以选择,关键要从语篇的特定的语言环境,结合文章所描述的具体人物和事件,根据文章所提供的时间、地点、人物的动作感情,关键词的暗示,进行逻辑推理,分析判断,最后得出正确答案。具体地说,我认为应从以下几个方面入手: 一.抓住首句,通览全文。
做完形填空题不要急于看选项,要快速浏览全文,对短文的题材、体裁、内容、层次结构、语言特点、有一个总体印象,吃透命题者所要考查的意图和要点。阅读时特别要注意文章的首句,首句一般不设空,但却是了解全文的窗口,从首句往往能断定文章的体裁、发展脉络,乃至主旨大意。如: (NMET2001)He has been called the “missing link.”Half-man,half-beast.He is supposed to live in the highest mountain in the word─Mount Everest.从首句我们可以看出,这篇文章主要介绍珠峰雪人的奇闻报道。
(NMET2000)I climed the stairs slowly,carrying a big suitcase,myfather following with two more…这篇文章主要描述开学第一天,父亲送“我”入学时的发生的一件事,尤其侧重“我”的一系列心理变化。学生如果把握了这一点,就不难抓住文章的主旨,有了思路。 二.上下参照,分析判断。
完形填空题的解题思路,从某种意义上说,就是寻找文章与答案间的照应关系。学生要根据上下文或全文主旨,借助前面的事实,运用逻辑推理,分析后面所要产生的结果,利用下文的事实,证实前面的判断。作题时切忌从一个句子孤立地思考,要从全文整体着眼,根据故事发展脉络,理顺思路,前后参照,上下贯通,仔细推敲,逐项排除与全文中心思想相矛盾的选项,最终选定最能恰如其分地表达中心思想的正确答案。如: (NMET2001)The 36(story )of the Snowman has around for 37. 所谓捕捉“题眼”,就是捕捉对选定答案起重要作用的关键词、暗示以及帮助学生解决问题的特定语言环境。一旦抓住了文中的暗示、关键词和所给的特定语境,就能迅速敲定答案。如: (NMET2001)……and they said that they had 39 caught Yetis on two occasions 40 none has ever been produced as evidence. 39.A.even B.hardly C.certainly D.probably 40.A.as B.though C.when D.until 答案39A.40B.上文find marks,knew of the creature与caught Yetis 的关系是递进关系,因此39 答案为A。and they said that they had 39 (even)caught Yetis on two occasions与none has ever been produced as evidence.是转折关系,因此40答案为B。

有一些题目,起选项的确定往往要依照固定搭配。如动词和介词的搭配、动词和名词的搭配、介词和名词的搭配、形容词和名词的搭配等。有时答案仅从惯用法本身即可判断正误,不必过多考虑上下文;有时四个选项不只一个符合惯用法,则要根据上下文意思选择正确答案。学生在平时要注意学习和积累这些管用搭配及其用法,有益于解答完形填空题。如:

五.复查核定,反复验证。
全部答案选定后,把答案代入文章,通读几遍,体会所选答案与全文意思上是否贴切,语感上是否通畅,逻辑上是否合理,结构上是否正确,若有读起来觉得别扭的选项,便要重新考虑,进一步斟酌核实,再决定取舍,务求准确无误,无懈可击。 总之,形填空题不同于单选题,每个答案与全文都有照应,有的近距离照应,有的远距离照应,只有站在全文的高度上,综观全文,仔细斟酌,认真分析,找准“着眼点”,挖掘文章内在联系,反复核查验证,最后选出不但结构上吻合,而且符合文章前后意义的答案,即最佳答案。
