反力墙与反力台座施工技术
摘 要
反力墙、反力台座为结构馆中进行各种结构构件、结构系统和结构材料的拟静力或拟动力试验的重要设施.针对工程特点,结合工程实践,本文对反力墙、反力台座施工中的几个关键难点进行了技术探讨,总结如下:
1、本工程预埋件数量多,安装精度要求高,控制难度大,本文对反力墙、反力台座加载孔预埋件分别设计了一些辅助配件,采用模具与经纬仪相结合的安装定位技术方案及预埋件双向整体锁接的加固措施,使数量众多的加载孔预埋件能快速准确定位,且在后续的施工中不偏移跑位.
2、本工程对混凝土表面平整度、垂直度要求大大严于验收规范要求,对模板及其支撑体系要求非常严格.本文通过严格选择模板材料,加强模板的平整度控制设计,严格进行模板受力验算等措施,以确保平整度误差控制满足设计要求.
3、本工程配筋密集,预埋件多,间隙小通过性差,对混凝土材料要求高,因此必须注重混凝土原材料的选择、配合比的设计、施工期温度效应的计算,加强混凝土从运输、检测至浇捣、振捣、养护全过程的质量控制,确保混凝土的表观质量满足设计要求.
总之,要高质量、高效率地完成反力墙、反力台座的施工任务,必须严格控制各施工环节的误差,做到技术可行、管理到位.

Abstract
Reaction wall,anti-power platform for structural Museum in a variety of structural components,structural systems and structural materials of the quasi-static or pseudo-dynamic test of the important facilities.For the engineering characteristics,combined with engineering practice,the paper walls of the reaction,anti-power pedestal construction for several key difficult technical discussions are summarized as follows:
1,the number of embedded parts of the project,and the installation of high-precision control is difficult,the paper walls of the reaction,anti-loaded hole edge pedestal embedded parts are designed for a number of auxiliary parts,the use of molds and the installation of a combination of theodolite positioning embedded parts technology program and the overall two-way lock access reinforcement measures to enable the loading of the large number of holes embedded parts can be fast and accurate positioning,and in the follow-up does not offset the construction跑位.
2,this works on the concrete surface roughness,verticality of much stricter requirements of regulatory requirements on the acceptance,the template and its support system is very stringent requirements.In this paper,a rigorous selection template materials,strengthening of the flatness control template design,template by strict measures to check power to ensure that the formation error control to meet the design requirements.
